Like most I'm able to find young talents whose specific skills rating is always more than 15 when they are 16 yrs old (or younger). However during the course of time their attributes do not seem to improve.
I play with Manchester United; having improved my training facilities and youth facilities at least once after joining.
I have the best coaches with each training sub category have more than 4 stars for senior as well as youth team.
I ensure coaches from all across the world are there so that there is no communication issue.
I send these players out on loans as well when they turn 18 to smaller clubs so that they get more game time.
Anything i'm missing here? Any tips for the same.
