need help gettting a 4-3-3 working

Hi i am playing a game in Portugal as Braga and want to play a 4-3-3 with 3 Sts not an AML ST AMR, but i dunno how to implement it any help? dunno what roles to play them and whether to play fluid etc etc.

I used this to reasonable success;
GK - Defend.
DR - Wing back - Support
CB - Centre back - Stopper
CB - Ball player - Cover
DL - Wing back - Support
MC - Ball winner - Defend
MC - Box to box - Support
MC - Centre mid - Attack
ST - Poacher - Attack
ST - Complete forward - Support
ST - Poacher - Attack

You must have three very hard-working MC's and wingbacks who can provide width and crosses.

Your Left and Right Strikers need to have pace and crossing ability as they often end up in wide position and the only source of width in your side eg anelka, welbeck or kalou, or even look at retraining wingers.

Also you do need 3 good CM, 2 defensive ones and the other needs to be a good playmaker eg scholes

Play narrow
on a small pitch with a fast tempo with direct passing
and a deep defensive line
