Need help, i learn quick!

Hello there.
I'm not good tactician, but i really want to improve myself.
So far i know only few stuff, not enough.

I have many issues with my defense and i really dont know how to fix this stuff.
Also i have issues with crossing and wide atacking midfielders...

Here is my tactic that i use so far, but i have allot of issues.
If anybody who really knows and want to teach me, could take a look and tell me were i did wrong and how to fix it, and explain to me why I was wrong.

PS: im not good in reading stuff from tutorials, im dumb and i cant understand, unless i do it and someone teach me to fix it.

Hey buddy, you would probably get more responses if you put screenshots of your tactics instead of the save file.

I thought is easier to take the tactic and see it your self in fm.
