Need Help importing training schedule!!!

I just downloaded Raikan007's training schedule. I've saved it in the right place documents/sports interactive/football manager 2012/schedules. But when I go onto the game and click import its not there, but its stil on the documents on my computer.:S

Is raikons training schedule a .rar file? if so you need to unzip/pack it.
