Need help in creating/joining network game

I litterly tried Everything i could do to join and/or create a network game to play with my friend... I tried Port forwarding, I tried Hamachi, i turned off the firewall.. and i tried everything else..
and every time either of us try to join a network game we get " Error , Unable To Connet " message !
I even tried joining a network game from this forum just to check if i can or not, but everytime i try i still get the same "unable to connet" message !
what should i do ?
