I know this question, always gets asked, but I am really struggling to get into a long term save. I am looking for a team with decent enough youth, a good budget and also in England. I want to be able to change some the way of the club, so bring in my own players and staff.

I'd appreciate any responses given!

Thank you

I have a similar scenario, for me, I like starting at the bottom with a lesser known club and then attempt to build them up, before hopefully attracting offers from bigger clubs than where I'm at currently, in the hope one day I get the chance to managing a sleeping giant or a team that has nearly everyone in place and try and turn them into world beaters. Or the other option, one I'm not too keen on, is being at a club where most things are in place, for example a side in a countries top flight and then look to tweak a couple areas to create success so you stay there for the duration.

I would decide which one you want and then where you want to manage and just trial and error with a couple teams, along with looking the teams up on Wikipedia, gives you more of an insight into the teams and can attract you to manage them.

In the past I've had enjoyable saves at FC Twente, Real Betis, Leverkusen, all clubs where I stayed a number of seasons.

Hope that helps. :)

Just re-read and you wanted England. I'd still decide what option you want, but examples of teams I'd say would be, Southampton, Leeds(not sure on budget), Derby, Peterborough, Sheff Utd, Crewe(one of the best youth set ups outside Premier League, but budget would be low to start).

Hope that helps. :)
