Need help! Look for a custom database that i cant seem to find!

Im looking for a database that i downloaded before, i cant remember the name of it! It was a custom database where all the players were on free transfers and all teams that i know of had max reputation.


Can anyone help me with this??

its not the same but near enough...although when selected to use in game...no changes actually happen ?

not really sure why that is as i'm sure it worked straight away when i used it.

il keep trying tho, just seems that when in use...there is no effect...players still at clubs, debts n finance unchanged etc...its bugging me because i know ive played a database where every team was equal and all players were free and clubless

open it up in your data editor - uncompress it save it again - then load up the uncompressed one.

My data editor dont work, ive uninstall/reinstalled many times says it cant find certain files
