Need Help on My Regen's Faces

hello guys..

i need help now...

i used to use the 9.20 patch..
there's no problem with my regen player and staff's face, they're all appear perfectly..

but when i start to update my game version into 9.30, everything has changed..
my regen player n staff's face is just a grey picture with hair no faces, so it's saw like a wig or hair without a face...

is there anyone can help me about how to deal with 'em??

it's s*ck when you can't see a picture of your player...


PS : sory if repost, but there's too much post 4 me to search 1by1..
