need help picking a team!

im quite new to football manager, last time i played a game like it was championship manager 2008 and thats totally different and now i need help picking a team to stick with and try and suceed! any help would be hugely appreciated

thanks but avfc would obviously be the better choice however i chose napoli just for cavani and hamsik!
