Need help playing FM

Hello

I started to play fm for about a week ago, and it dosen't matter what i do i loos, i play with manU and i used tatcics from tith site **** still no, with one tactic i won over chelsea with 6-0 and the same tactic lost to sheffield....., is there anybody that has any tips or advise to keep the players to play there best?, pleas help!<)

Try Mr Hough & JP Woody's unbeaten tactic, but make sure you stick with it for up to 12-15 games before it starts to work.

also download Dans Training schedule and make sure you have a good balance in your squad, as the tactics will be as good as the quality of player you have.

i play with 4-3-3, on top rooney, macheda and berbatov, or owen, moddfield i have Carrick. fletcher, andersson and park, in defence vidic , ferdinand, evra, evens, the middle defenders are on defence and the outer defenders are on support, middfield the middle one plays on offence and the other two on the side play defence, on the top, the middle one plays attack and the other two on support

1) downloaded tactics need to time to work (you pretty much always win your 1st game then lose) give it time!
2) who have you bought, who you sold? (too much change at once is detrimental to your teams morale)
3) search for Wolgangs team talk guide, read through that...
4) what type of manager did you select as history? (semi pro, pro etc) if you did not choose pro or international footballer and you managing a team like Man Utd, you going to have problems with them respecting you and motivating themselves to play for you)
5) try a different tactic that suits Man Utd and your players, their roles etc.
6) be patient, Fm is like real life, you win some you lose some mate
7) assign your coaching staff properly to get maximum training efficiency
8) use your Assistant Manager (team talk feedbacks, team reports, pre-match, see what he has to say, do what he says)
9) put your players into their best postions and best roles (when you select a player in tactics screen, his stats come on the left hand side, some of the stats will be greyed over, this is what stats that certain position requires i.e: Advanced Playmaker)
10) perservere, perservere, perservere you will get there eventually

Make proper use of your team talks and try stick with one formation.it may take a while for the players to get used to the tactics but main ting is be patient and youll figure it out eventually

Hi i use 4-1-2-1-2 withlots of attacking freedom mixed passing and counter attack. i change it up with a 4-3-2-1 from time to time. won league 3 seasons in row 2 fa cups 3 league cup 2 champions league 2 super cups and 2 world club championships all with man utd. be wise with players you buy and you'll be ok
