Need Help please

Hey guys im having a problem saving screenshots of my current game, i press alt and f9 as your meant to do but they are no longer appearing in the screenshots folder.

Any help greatly appreciated!

The button is f12 isn't it? And you don't have to press alt (Unless you're using a laptop like me, in which case you press 'fn' and 'f12')
