Need help please

Hi, i am new to this site and i am a bit confused

For using the 'skins' and 'facepacks', do you need to use WinRar ?

I am asking because everytime i try to load up a skin, my game goes strange and it wont work

Please explain

yes, you have to extract the file into the folder i believe. For example, for a new skin you have to extract the skin into the 'skins' folder.
