Hi can someone please help me , im currently manager of yeovil havent being sacked previously by numerous clubs , i cant seem to find a tactic/formation that works , im in skybet league two , and sitting firmly in bottom place any help would be appriciated

what kind of players do you have? how do you want to play? where does you're team report/previous games indicate you are strongest/weakest?

4-4-1-1 keep it direct, and aim to get as many crosses in the box as possible. work on set-pieces a lot. its vital in lower leagues not to play "too much football" and be more direct. have your back 4 to defend and DEFEND ONLY.
