Hi guys I'm a manager of Nottingham Forest and i need some help with my team tactics(team instructions)So here's my starting 11:
Gk - Paul Smith
DR - Moloney
DL - Lee Wallace
DC - Billy Jones,Wilson/Beevers
MR - Rocky Lekaj
ML - Andrew Surman
MC - McGugan and Cohen
strikers - Earnshaw and Newbold

I think this is a great team,but i'm losing from teams like brighton in friendlies

Maybe they need to gel abit more, or you may have a captain with poor Influence, give it some time I'm sure it will work.

just relax its early days
whoch db are you using?
look for the lower league threads and try and find some tips
i played notts county before in 08, il upload some screenshots of tactics and stuff

just relax, if you bought a whole bunch of new players they need time to settle in don't change tactics too often or your team might not perform well. Also, does a captain really make that much of a difference as to how the club plays??
