I want to create a cup competition like the Champions LEague, with club around Europe being able to compete. But Im not sure about doing the rules. Need advice!
More information: I am creating two Champions League competiton, one for clubs that get relegated from top leagues around Europe called the Loser's Cup. Another competition is for teams getting promoted to the top flight entitled the Promotion cup. Hopefully you dont think this a stupid idea! I have already sorted out the teams for the competion but I cant really work around the RULES!
