Sorry to have to post a new thread but i can't reply somehow.

I am playing with Tottenham Hotspur using the tactics 4-2-3-1 wide

GK - Goalkeeper - Defend

RB - Full Back - Support
CB - Ball playing defender - Defend
CB - Ball playing defender - Defend
LB - Full Back - Support

CM - Deep lying playmaker - Defend
CM - Box to box midfielder - Support

AMR - Inside forward - Attack
AMC - Advanced playmaker - Attack
AML - Inside forward - Attack

STC - Complete forward - Attack

I am unable to win away games and some home games against sides like Man City and Man Utd.

Any tactics to recommend me to play away?
I would think that i need a more defensive tactic when i am playing away or against bigger sides.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

I'm guessing their attacking fullbacks are making it difficult for you, because your front 4 won't drop back to defend. The AML/AMR specifically, will not track attacking fullbacks.

Mate that's mental you have wayyyyyyy to much attacking duties try putting you IF on support....way to much attacking man

Mate also way to much TI you want them to run at defense but look for overlap with if on attack that's like saying run at the defender cripple pass him then just stop and wait for the full back....full on support will normally make runs down the wing always

TOTTENHAM HELP FOR YOU TWEET ME

Hi, I've got a Tottenham save myself, in my first season, and I believe I have the perfect tactic for you. I'd be willing to message you via twitter as I don't really have the time to discuss from my laptop at present. Also, my screenshots never seem to work on FM. Shame.
