need help with backgrounds and facepacks installation ... please!!!

hello everyone

i downloaded a few backgrounds and facepacks files and installed and put them into correct folders as said in the forum:

for background files: C:\Users\Nan Van Tan\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010\graphics\backgrounds

for facepacks : C:\Users\Nan Van Tan\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010\graphics

but how come nothing new was shown.. i've re-downloaded and tried to changed the names and the locations of the files but nothing happened again :'(.. im using 10.2.0 patch and i did untick the "skin cache" and tick the "reload on confirm" and "show backgrounds pics" boxes.

please help me with this i will really appreciate..:$

Have you used Winrar to extract the files first?

Some skins wont let you use background pics.

Yes i did extract them

and i use the default skin
