I chose Bournemouth because they're a fairly average league 1 team, I have no long term goals for the club aside from promotion to the prem. or a fairly stable position in the championship (if a better job doesn't become available)
I've done exceptionally well on fm 12, but with larger clubs, with infinitely better players
There are no real talents in the squad, aside from Pugh (an above average winger, with good technical abilities, but fairly poor physical stats)
Probably a stupid question but should I be favouring shorter passing and a more methodical game if all but two of my players have passing lower than 14-15?
