Need Help with Competition Format.

Hi guys, i've been trying to find the perfect format for a Cup competition I am trying to create on FM 2015

Basically it consists of 67 teams :

Top Division - 12 teams
1st Division - 14 teams

2nd Division - 14 teams
3rd Division - 13 teams
4th Division - 8 teams
5th Division - 6 teams

I need to have qualifying rounds and then group stages then knock-out rounds (like the champions league).

Top Division and 1 Division go through automatically (26 teams) and I will be making 8 groups of 4 so for the other 41 teams (2,3,4,5 Division) there has to be 6 teams in the end.

Can someone please help me build this because I can't seem to figure it out how to get 6 teams in the end of the Qualifying rounds?

I would appreciate the help, I need to know the number of Qualifying rounds, how many matches in each round and how many teams added.

1. round: 34 teams ---> 17 winners go to round 2
2. round: 24 teams (17 from round + 7 new teams) ---> 12 go to round 3
3. round: 12 teams ----> 6 go to group stage
