hi guy's i am using a 4312 right now with chelsea it has been o.k but still needs something it's not consistent and i end up drawing or loosing games i need some help guy's please.

i dont have any wingers i sold them because i needed the cash to bring in some players to make the 4312 but i need help getting it to work.
