It is far too attacking. You're only leaving 2 players back (defend duties) when attacking, so you're very open. If you're going to bomb both fullbacks forward, you'll need two holding midfielders. The DLP/S may be okay, but you definitely need a Defend duty next to him.
I think i have no less then 12 ideas at work now... i also really need to settle on something and work on that thing.
At the moment it seems I can't get a save going with Leeds...
At the time writing this I'm trying :
GK(D)
FB(A/S- can't decide just yet) CD(D) CD(D) WB(S)
DLP(D) - i have other preferences for this role but I don't have the players
CM(S) CM(A)
W(S) IF(S)
DLF(S) - not sure how to make the striker work
All I decided for sure now it's the team shape- structured. And the right approach seems the standard one. Also I would like to play Cook as a CMA. More then that nothing I do seems to work longtime. So I probably can't be much help for you unfortunately...
And now I understand better what WJ was asking about how do you wanna play cause i see your TI's and by my understanding it seems you want to counter with a direct style but also the game plan is to control...
Maybe you could try:
GK(D)
FB(S) CD(D) CD(D) WB(S)
DLP(D) BWM(D)
AP(S)
W(S) IF(A)
AF(A)
But tactics are not my strong point so proceed carefully... ))
3 seasons in and I've got Leeds Utd into Europe... Focus on youth. Leeds have some great prospects. Check out my 3 season review https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7frPKTsuhgo
