Need Help With Man Utd 6th Season

In need of help, in 6th season with 3 other friends, Im Man Utd my main rival is Chelsea who have the likes of aguero, pato, rooney , and much more. I have players such as German Pacheco, Nani, Matias Fernandes, and alot more attacking midfielders, also have a fair bit of central mids, no fletcher or carrick. I basically need a tactic that can help me out in the premier league because i get beat by teams such as wolves and bolton and struggle to get into europe .... ?

Ive got decent defence, a ageing vidic , marcano , papastapoulous , evans, fermenia , and some others =[ , i need a good 4 4 2 tactic.

Get some better players in
your players are nothing like aguero, pato, rooney
