Need help with my formation!!!

This is my first season at Tottenham and I am employing a 4-3-3. It's set up with a flat back 4, 2 DM (DLP & A), 2 Wingers (IF), 1 AM (AP) and a Poacher up front. It is a rigid style with attack and sometimes control strategy.

Any suggestions?
