Need Help with my tactic

Hi guys.
I started a save with Wigan and it is the first time that I have managed a team in the Championship (in this game) and I am having some trouble with my tactic. Can you give me some hints what I can change to make it better?View attachment 379263

Control fluid is a very possession based set up, and you have too many runners(attack roles)
The Bwm is a bad last line protector, he drifts forward and closes down like wild, which is a really bad combo to your standing off set up.
Most teams who play a control team press up higher
FBs work better with winger, Wing backs work better with Inside forwards
Retain possession can be good against teams that stand off, but the ones who press can counter you more easily, especially with so many attack roles
