need help with my tottenham team

i am new to this forum a am wondering if anyone can help me with my tottenham side im using the new patch 11.3 and i have loaded all the leagues from major country with a player count of 75000. i need help with training, tactic and some good players that will make a impact?
 
thanks and i have a budget of 12 million to spend on players maybe more from the sell of some players need a good young drefender left or wing back and back up for bale on the left wing? is there any decent staff and assistant manager that will go to tottenham?
 
Loads of decent staff mate but I'm not the right man to ask, you'll probable be told of some in your backroom advice meetings. Dodo for LB, Chamberlain for ML

King can be sold for about 20m
You can then bring in Cahill.
I also recommend getting in Simon Vuckcevic.This way him modric krancjar pinearr and lennon play on the wings.Bale becomes ur first choice lb with BAE as back up its what im doing at the momment.
 
thanks but bale is best suited as a left winger as he can score and cross well my main problem is the midfeild as i have VDV modric huddlestone sandro palicos and kranjcar all for the middle of midfield most of the staff at tottenham arent that great and would like to get 4 star plus staff at the club and a descent assistant manager as i dont think bond is a good choice.
 
sell hutton & jenas, bring in vagner love who is amazing! bring in a rb maybe micah richards, sign hazard and rotate him with bale on the left and train him to play on the right. you could also sign jose enrique to rotate with ekotto
as for tactics download the 4222 devasto modern style tactic pack, read the instructions of how to use it and u will rape m8 :D

type coach into the search bar on this site and then there shpuld be a thred that will say 4*coach or something like that.

Giambattista Venturati would suit Assisstant Manager better than Carlos Queiroz
 
thanks guys queiroz isn't interested in coming to my team and venturati is a coach at my team and doesn't want to change his contract as he has just joined.
