Need help with Southend United

Hi,

I just cant work out a decent strategy/balance for my team. Can anyone recomend a good first season guide for the shrimpers?

Also, how can i get my board to allow more than 3 coaches? I am desperate to get my players stats up but i have an assistant manager a gk coach and 3 youth coaches .

I'm not too fussed about my youth team because i have some young players that look pretty good and i prefer to buy in veterans.

More about tactivs that training. but the maximum of 3 coaches thing really sucks.

Also any good League 1 players to buy etc...

yeh i get what you mean. are ipswich in championship on the season your playing in?

No they are not.

I am playing in the current season (as in the teams in the real life league 1 are in my league)

oh erm, look at the other league 1 teams and see if they are any good players you want.
