need help with tactical consistency

hi

I play with galatasaray my second season, but I am really struggling in this season. How can I secure tactical consistency.

I play a 4-2-3-1 formation, I won the premiership in my first season, pretty good results. But with the same formation and same players now I reached only the 6the place and there ist 13 points gap to the leader after 14 matches.

can somebody tell me whats the problem, and I read that a lot of fm-players struggled in their second season, but dont know why?

what should I do?

You are right, a lot of players struggle in their second season. What I did was, I analyzed my team's performance and sold all the useless or declining players. And I brought some new ones to the team. Every year, it is recommended that you strengthen your squad.
Also, I offer them new contacts every seaason. This is a good way too.
