Need help with tactics for my team !!!

this is my team
there are some new players that have improved the squad massively but they just dont seem to be gelling or at all playing well. Andy carroll hasnt scored in 8 and my top goalscorer is adel tarrabt with 2 and we have played about 9 games. can anyone with the tactics i could maybe use or formation, thanks

Try playing a 5-3-2 or go to a 4-3-3 with the extra support .
