Need Help!

Hello

I have created to different country's and the are playable each on their own. but when I try to play them together I can only start one of them, the other one you can see but are unplayable. somebody who know what I´ve done wrong and can help me, it would be very appreciated.

maybe it because some dates of both countries overlap, usually there will be a yellow sign next to the country u cannot play, hover ur mouse over it and then tell us what it says, might be more useful for me to pinpoint the problem then

the yellow sign say that I have to many clubs in the two lower leagues. but when I look in the editor files i can see know problems.
