Hvae a look in there, theres links to staff threads, good buys for the lower leagues etc. Feel free to post in those threads asking about staff for lower down the leagues as well
for good staff got to transfers, staff then click the reputation button twice, this give the best staff, how ever the world class staff may not come to you so i recommend continental or national staff.
