Need ideas to start a new game

I want a team that could potentially be a champions league regular or something along those lines. any ideas?

What country do you want the team to be in?
I'd suggest Tottenham or Everton from England

Currently have a tottenham save but it was a lot easier than what i thought. after about 7 seasons i have already won the champions league 3 times.

Dont really mind what league or anything just all suggestions welcome

Liverpool too easy probs, Newcastle possibly, stoke after a few seasons again another possibility.
