Need Laptop Suggestion's

Selling my desktop because I need to downsize, so will have max 650 quid to spend on a laptop, now desktops I know what I am doing Laptop's not so much. So need some advice, I only really play strategy games so need processing power and ram, graphics not so much as I can play AAA titles on my PS4

but then should I just pay less because seeing as I do not need much power because I only play strategy games really should I get something less?

Could be, but I need to downsize so bad, I used to play EU4 on my other dead laptop it is not to bad if you use a proper mouse.

Think I'd look for something tad expensive with a proper GPU at least. Intel graphic card will fine for Paradox games, but with something like Civ it might choke with high settings. At the very least it would have its own RAM instead of eating up the one in the system.
