Mario Fernandes as mentioned is the arguably one of the better bargains in the first window, he is available for around 5.75Million first window and is one of the best rb's in the game for me

You could also buy Gino Peruzzi. You can buy him for less then 4M, sell one season later for around 20M.

I sold Coleman to Man U as well, managed to squeeze 27mil. I opted for Joel Ward from Crystal Palace, cost 11mil so not sure if you can manage that? He's turned out great though, gets loads of assists from crosses and solid at the back, English too.
