Need some help with a good tactic

Hello guys, im looking this forum for 3 years and in the end i opened my own account and my first new thread. I need some help for the tactic that i have. I play 4-2-4 in control mentality for FC United. Its actually going well and i just wonder that how i can make it better. Media prediction is being 19. for me and im 4. in the vanarama north. I hope you guys could understand what i mean and thank you.

Hey there again i became 1. in the league after that fixture and my game crashed i think its good enough for Fc United but i dont know how it will work with better teams. If anyone wants it i can upload that tactic.

I know i know, i just wonder if this tactic has problem or losing some matchs cause of my team.
