Okay, i just started a new game with Arsenal with Cazorla and Sahin, just to try it out. I want to play 4-3-3/4-5-1. I'd also like to know what players to use with this formation in each position

-------- G ----------
FB - CD - BPD - FB
--------A
----BBM - CM
AP ------------ W
---------P

Philosophy: Fluid
Strategy: Attacking
Passing Style: Direct
Creative Freedom: More Expressive
Closing down: Press More
Tackling & Marking: Default
Crossing: Float Crosses
Roaming: Default
Defensive Line: Push Up
Width: Wide
Tempo: Normal
Time Wasting: Rarely
Focus Passing: Mixed
Counter Attack: Yes
Play offside: Yes
Target man: AMR

Is this tactic just plain ****? Can someone help me to make it better than it is? Please someone help as i lost to Gladbach at home 0-1 in the ECC Qualifying First Leg

Basiclly, you are playing in haste and as soon as you get the ball you play direct balls without evaluating your options. Whilst this approach might work against à team pushing up and leaving space behind their defence, its not that against teams sitting with deep with men behind the ball. Why not just play short, control, without tweaking the counter box( only defend and counter has it ticked) and use some possession shouts like retain possesion and pass to feet, this time without à target man. When playing away to more tricky teams, then you can Drop à little deeper, play direct and tick the counter box.
