Need some help

Hi

I'm playing Football Manager for quite a few years now and I decided to make my own tactic in FM 13. It wasn't really working so I used one from this site. In FM 14 however, I really want to make it work and in some games it does but in other ones it just backfires and my team is throwing away points.
That's why I decided to ask for some help.
In games I should be winning, I use this tactic:

Instructions for my players:
GK: None
RB and LB: Shoot less often, cross from deep
CBs: Tackle harder, Pass it shorter
CMs: Shoot less often
AML and AMR: Shoot less often
AMC: Move into channels
ST: None

The problems I'm having:
- My biggest problem is my striker. I have changed his role a lot but he barely gets any chances... Pedersen hasn't even scored in the regular season (11 games in...)
- I get a lot shots but not a lot of goals. Most of the times i have 15-20 shots and my opponents 5-10. It's really frustrating to lose/draw games when you see those statistics.
- I'm thinking of changing my FB to WB to help out in the attack and maybe boost their ratings a bit. Should I do this?
I hope you guys can help me because it's really frustrating to play the game now

try swap positions between your F9 and AP, although I wouldn't use an F9 (AF, CF or a Poacher). You need more presence in your midfield, your BBM will make RFD's leaving your BWM alone, you need to keep these two guys very solid.

how do you do that i can only work out wingers swap
