Need some help..

I have edited the data I wanted to and saved but I was wondering how am I supposed to get that into a game? Thanks in advance for the help

when you start a new game and select the db you want to use (eg. 10.3) there is a box in corner, tick it then when it goes to the next screen you select what edited datebase you want to use, select the one you have saved/want. then let it load etc,
