Okay, so i'm Liverpool in the 1st season. I got up to 2nd place in the league, by December. But now i keep losing games, and now i sit 6th. Why? I haven't changed anything major, except rotating players, which i've done through the whole season. I need some help.

I'm playing 4-3-1-2

Reina
Johnson-Carragher-Agger-Aurelio
Pjanic-Lucas-Meireles
Gerrard
Carroll-Suarez

If you need to know.

Ahh, this is an old problem of many people. You're problem probably is the fact that with it being December, and you being a bit higher up the table than the media prediction would suggest, other teams are playing more defensive and narrow. They see you as a title winning team, not one that may/may not get into Europe. Added into the fact that the weather will make the pitch muddy and the muddiest parts of a pitch will be the middle, add in your narrow formation and you are going to struggle.

Things I'd do: Play a wider, more direct game for this time of year to combat the weather, also it will help stretch deep narrow defences. If you feel the need to change you're formation then ok but I reckon you could get enough width by getting your full backs to bomb forward.

What teams are you losing to? If it's the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal etc. then it may be a case of these things happen. If you are getting destroyed by Blackpool then you need to change things.

Hope that helps

Or perhaps ur players are suffering from overconfidence?

Cheers for the help. I'm in February now, and getting destroyed by various teams, like Wigan, West Ham and Sunderland. But also Man City, and Chelsea. I seem to be able to beat United, Arsenal and Tottenham fairly easy though. Thanks for the advice, i'm gonna give it a shot.
