Average team, 2 above average strikers, and 2 so-so wingers...

The goalkeeper is a sweeper keeper but isn't that good.

The whole team is really slow, the fastest players probably have around 10 pace.

What tactic/formation should I use so I can get promoted to the next division?

Without knowing more about the playersm, its really hard to say so pleae take this into account.

Why not play a flat 442, playing a balanced counter approach. TRy to play with more width at home and more narrow, keeping the ball when playing away. As for roles, it can be good to us wingers on attack at home and defensive wingers on support away.

Do you want me to show you the stats of each player?
