Need Tactic

I am now back from holiday and wana to start to play whit my favorite team Partizan Belgrade i need tactic whit 2 wingers or insaide foward and one strike or two for 11.3 patch.
I am dominating in Serbian leuge whit my tactick but i cant do anything in Europe .
Can some one help me ?

Maybe your tactics are fine and don't need changing at all. It might just be because the Serbian league is a much lower standard of football than European so you need better players.

How do you attract those players? I'm no magician.
