need upload help

i need help uploading a database i have created i dont know how to upload this file onto fm base or rapid share i would realy appreciate a step by step guide please

Yh I have this problem aswell
btw...can we only upload saved games on their own or do we have to upload the databse aswell?

could someone help...i type in everyting and choose the file (which i hav put in a rar file), then click add file and my cursor keeps loading...but nothing is happening
