Can anybody help me, I am the mighty Elgin City they start in Division 3 in Scotland i somehow managed to get them promoted up in the play offs but now i am in the 2nd division i struggle to pick up points and i am trying to fight hard against relegation. Currently 1 point above the drop zone 
I basically need a decent proven tactic that works well with lower league sides with not the best amount of talent to rely on? Something where i will be solid at back and can try and smash and grab games?
