New club help

So I'm setting up a custom club and was going to start them off in the Blue Square North, what would be a good current ability to give them and what would I want to give them as potential?

Just look at the other clubs in the division and take a guide off them.

Average CA 60-70
Pa - 100-120

You know you can 'add players to manageable teams' at the start of a new game? That way you don't have to individually create a whole new team of players, instead, the game will just create them for you. That's what I done with a team I created for the Skrill North and ended up with a good balanced team, some 2* some 4/5*.

You mean -1 etc? yes you can.. for possible world class go -8 -9 or -10.. but your players will be poached.

• -5 = 70-100
• -4 = 50-80
• -3 = 30-60
• -2 = 10-40
• -1 = 0-30

Premiership players are usually about 160-170 depending who your team is.

Cheers mate! Would it help if I put all the players loyalties to the highest possible in an attempt to stop them leaving?
