New contract

Y do my players ask for new contracts when they lose the game. I reloaded a game 3 times and lost each time he wanted a new deal and moanew when I rejected. I won the 4th time and he didn't want a new deal. Makes sense lol

Football Manager has quite a lot of randomness programmed. It could just be a coincidence that the one time you did win the game, your player didn't ask for a new deal. Either way, you're playing the game wrong. Reloading after you lose is boring.

It's not the fact I lost y I reloaded I've lost a few games already i just wanted to see that if i won would he ask for it.
