New Cup Help

I went on to the editor last night to try and add/edit a few competitions, I have only previously used the editor before to make a custom team to start with, of my local town/workplace etc or to clear out a team I want to start with, so nothing too technical, and not very often either.When I tried with competitions yesterday I was totally lost and couldn't do anything.

What I am looking to do is the following

-Change the community shield to be the winner of the EPL V Winner of SPL
-Add a 4 team cup for the same weekend games on Friday and Sunday, to be between winners of the two English cups and two Scottish cups
-Add an international tournament for non world cup/euros years, home nations, (England, N.Ire, wales and Scotland) It would be a mini league of four playing each other once the host stadium alternates between the 4 countries
-Replace the Scottish and English league cup with a cup featuring all the Scottish, English, irish and welsh league teams

I have no great desire to learn how to use the editor but would be happy to do it to sort this, so I would happily accept guidance or if someone has done this if they could let me see etc.

I'll give you an update of where i am with this bunch of requests.

-Community shield ^^Done
-4 team cup winners cup - Can't see a way around a minor issue. *Discussed below
-England, N.Ire, wales and Scotland mini international league - I should be okay with this, work in progress
-UK League Cup- Again, should be okay, not started

* I can't see a way to avoid a problem whereby a team wins both a domestic cup and the league. This team is then scheduled for both competitions. It's a little beyond my grasp of the editor.
