New England World Cup Advert

That sent tingles down my spine; what an advert. Trevor Brooking should be England manager - or West Ham!!
 
What a terrible advert, it literally got worse twice when I thought it couldn't get any worse.

For a start, the styles a complete rip off of the Nike advert from a few years back.

The narrators voice is about as inspiring Berti Vogts

Using Bobby Robson

Sticking Kasabian in the middle of people who have actually achieve more than being a mediocre band

But agree, using Bobby in it was lame and same with Kasabian.
 
the bobby bit is a little rich, considering how he was lambasted by the media, yet when he dided everyone scrambled to say how much they loved him, when they showed him little of that love when he was alive (the *****) but i love the advert

i agree with that totally! He deserves respect throughout his life, not just when he's gone.

Its an ok advert, could have been better with a bit more thought to it.

I think they were attempting to inspire people with the advert by using celebrities, and focus more on the world cup rather than their product.
by not changing their advertising plan of "if calrsberg did..." there still keeping an extremely successful campaign, but just changing to the time of year.

clever in some ways, but could have been EXCEPTIONAL!

I agree though,the advert is wank. Stuart Pearce manager? give me a break,and why is Nigel Benn there ?,last time i seen him he was crying in the jungle on Im a celebrity.

Phil Taylor? A fat bloke with a good aim,he's hardly an inspiring Englishman.
