I wanna have back the old european-cup System! There is existing a file, I know. But in my opinion, there is a Champions league on top.
The european league-system should be managed like this:
Champions League
8 Teams, playing in a league system the whole year
4 teams will participate also in next year (last 4 teams “relegated”)
+ 2 finalists of european champions cup
+ winner european cup winners cup
+ winner european cup
UEFA Champions Cup
All national champions
- If team is playing in ChL, than second team!
- play-off-round
- group stage (8x4 groups)
- k.o.-round with 16 teams
- 2 finalists will take part in ChL next year
UEFA Cup Winners Cup
All national cup winners
- If team is playing in ChL or Ch-Cup, than runners up!
- no team settings
- k.o.-round from beginning to the end
- winner will take part in ChL next year

Best teams of the nations.
I know, that it doesn´t work with the 5-years-uefa-rules, so every nation get fixed numbers of teams
- 128 teams
- play-off rounds with team settings
- group stage (8x4 teams)
- k.o.-round with 8 teams
- winner will take part in ChL next year
I don´t have the knowledge to do this in the advanced panels.
I tried, but it doesn´t work with the Champions League, to add the finalist of the Champions Cup and let the best 4 teams in.
If anyone is interested in helping me… or could do so, it would be great!!!!
