I have never played Football Manager before and after waiting far too long, I have finally purchased the game.
As such, I have some questions I was hoping the FM community would help me with.
What I would like to do is create a four-tier American pyramid that ideally operates at a level equivalent to the top leagues in Europe. What is the best way to go about doing this? Is there something I need to tweak in the settings or any secret tips/tricks I need to know about? How can I make this run as smoothly as possible?
Also, when I create my fictional league do I need to create logos and uniforms then upload them? And is there a good website out there where some of this stuff is already done and will save me some time?
Finally, how will new talent in my league be developed? Does this automatically happen in the game or do I need to create and setup a developmental system to help funnel young talent into my league?
