New Network Game for newbies or experienced

Hey guys or gals, I wanna start a network game for any kind of player. Ive never personally played one before but hey we all have to start somewhere!! Im up for any league, any teams and whatever. I shotgun Chelsea though if we do EPL. Im on pretty much everyday from about 3pm onwards as i work nights (from 11pm) so im pretty flexible as to when we play. Probably get about 3-4 people? Im not sure whats a good number. Im an experienced player but like i said Ive never played a network game
