New on FM, need help!

Hi! I've just bought FM15 and i have never played FM before. I need help about how to manage teams and swich players from one club to another so new signings like Depay, Alderweireld and Sterling are already made when I start my career, is it possible to this?

You can download the free editor in the Tools section in Steam, but since it will take a while to make all the transfers and to avoid any errors you might just be better off downloading this LFCMarshall's FM15 Transfer Update (14.07.15) - Downloads - Football Manager 2015 Tactics, Wonderkids & Tips which is up to date as of 14 July.
